Apple Crumb Quick Bread - FREE!

While in Chicago, my husband and I found a cute little
cafe, which we almost missed since it was hidden in a very
tall business building. The manager said that their
best-selling dessert was the Apple Crumb Quick Bread. Above
the display they listed the ingredients to this popular
item. Of course, the usual conventional ingredients were
there including butter, sugar and white flour. It looked so
yummy that my husband and I split a slice. It was moist,
sweet and quite delicious. I knew that I had to come up
with a healthy version for you, my valued customer, who
depends on me to feed you sweet stuff that's good for you.
So, using organic Granny Smith apples, organic spelt flour,
organic apple juice, organic apple sauce, and organic
pecans, I have come up with an Apple Crumb Quick Bread that
