Valentine Linzer Cookies
Dear Sweet Friend,
Valentine's Day is a week away and even if you don't have a
special someone in your life, you can celebrate your love
for yourself (which is the most important kind, in my
humble opinion)with a new line of Heart Healthy treats!
One of these treats is a long-time favorite of mine called
the Linzer Cookie. My recipe includes organic spelt flour
infused with finely ground organic walnuts (high in
Omega-3's), organic cherries (hight in fiber $ Vit C)and
pure vanilla icing.
