New York Black & White Cookies
Dear Sweet Friend,
As a former New York City gal, I am a former Black & White
Cookie junkie.
Now that I'm an organic health food junkie, I've combined
these two 'vices' and have come up with a healthy organic
Black & White Cookie.
These 1/4 lb. monsters have a vanilla cookie, made with
organic bourban vanilla, and half gourmet organic dark
chocolate and half all-natural white icing evenly spread on
top. The result is just as delicious if not more so than
the 'conventional' ones I so fondly remember.
