Dear Sweet Friend,
Welcome to 2007!
During the holiday, besides eating like there was no
tomorrow, I came up with new and delicious cupcake flavors
that I think you will like.
The first one that I settled on is CARROT-GINGER, made with
organic carrots, spiced with ginger and topped with a
luscious low-fat cream cheese frosting. As you may know
carrots are very high in vitamins A, C,& B6 and are a very
good source of dietary fiber. Ginger supports healthy
digestion and enhances natural resistance to cold and flu.
The second new cupcake flavor that I'm very excited about
is IRRESISTABLE RED VELVET. It is a deep red cocoa cake
splattered with chocolate chips topped with a rich white
chocolate cream cheese frosting. Instead of red dye to make
the cake red, I use a natural beet coloring that does the
job perfectly.
Last, but not least is my new CREAMY CREAMSICLE. When I was
a kid, my favorite ice cream was the creamsicle (orange
sorbet with a vanilla ice cream inside) I have reproduced
this flavor the best I can with this new cupcake. It is a
moist orange cake with a vanilla cream filling and a
luxurious orange-vanilla frosting on top.
