Life Enhancing Granola
Dear Sweet Friend,
One of the main reasons I created Sweet Debbie's was to
make great-tasting and satisfying baked goods that were
also very nutritious. During the research phase of my
recipe development, I realized that a scary amount of the
population (including doctors, nutritionists, and other
people who should know better) eat foods that are known to
be unhealthy and that may even cause disease.
So, in all of my recipes, you will find that I include
ingredients such as green tea and extra-virgin coconut oil,
that research has shown to have amazing health benefits.

could make a tremendous positive impact on people's health
