Meet Sweet Debbie

Debbie Adler is the Owner and Head Baker at Sweet Debbie's Organic Cupcakes. Whenever you meet her, she is quick to offer you a Double Chocolate Chip Cupcake or maybe a Pumpkin Pie Muffin  or any one of her allergen and sugar-free desserts, since it gives her great pleasure to see people eat her healthy baked goods and the smiles that result from doing so.

Debbie's son was born with multiple and severe food allergies which inspired her to create her allergen-free bakery so that children and adults alike who suffered from this same fate could enjoy luscious and mouth-watering desserts just like everyone else.  Although white, refined sugar may not technically be considered a food allergen, it is certainly not healthful and contributes to disease and malnutrition if consumed. Debbie spent many months  researching alternative, natural and low-glycemic sweeteners that could satisfy the most discerning sweet-tooth, and found that agave nectar, stevia and erythritol filled the bill.

Debbie is a life long student of nutrition and eating sweets, and has combined the two things she loves most into her unique, allergen-free,organic bakery.
